Inside the car

• Check operation of all exterior lights
• Check operation of all washers and wipers
• Check operation of instrument panel/warning lights
• Check windscreen for damage
• Check seat belt condition and security

Outside the car

• Check seat belt condition and security
• Check the condition of wiper blades

Car fully raised

• Check under the vehicle for signs of oil, coolant or fuel leaks
• Check the condition of tyres and adjust pressures

Car half-raised

• Inspect front and rear discs and pads
• Check the condition of front and rear shock absorbers

• Check suspension and steering components for wear

Under the bonnet

• Check cooling fan operation
• Pressure test cooling system
• Check the strength of antifreeze coolant and top up
• Check engine oil (top-up at additional charge)
• Check and top up brake fluid
• Check and top up power steering fluid
• Check the condition of all drive belts
• Check battery condition
